Nope. They did a great job of getting the message to the people. The people simply rejected it.

This election was not about conservatives or Obama. It was about those who voted for him. In a democracy you get the government you deserve. Put on your seat belts.

The party bosses know full well how to get the message out to the masses; a ‘failure to communicate’ is not the issue here.

Problem is the GOPe simply does not want the kind of America we had under Reagan. Rove & Co. is quite happy with big, intrusive government, and all that the progressive agenda brings with it.

Conservatives, disaffected Republicans, and libertarians best unite under a third party label. There will never be another Republican President again, regardless how much they pander to the illegals and perverts.

This really makes me angry. Obama should have lost this election in a landslide. The GOP establishment got the “moderate” (liberal) candidate they wanted. They said Romney was the only one who could win but he turned out to be probably the only candidate that could lose in these circumstances. Now they are blaming the people who warned that Romney could not win because he is too liberal to offer a good contrast to Obama. I don’t understand how the people in charge of the GOP can be so stupid and still keep their gigs. I did not vote for Romney as much as I voted against Obama. Perhaps the GOP establshment could try running a conservative that people actually want to vote for instead of the only candidate who could not talk about Obamacare?

What the author (great piece, by the way) fails to mention is that thanks to the public “school” system and the so-called universities (read: “propaganda/mind control mills”), we’ve become a nation dominated by idiots.

Idiots. Morons. Droolers. Mouth-breathers.

They vote.

We’re screwed.

My advice to the GOP party “consultants” & “Pundits” find the strongest mouthwash on the market & gargle at least 3 times daily to get the DONKEY DICK TASTE out of your mouth . Then when that is done maybe start listening & fighting the party of SLAVERY ,SOCIALISM & SODOMY FOR THE GOOD OF THE COUNTRY !!!

Well it is a sad and sorry mystery to me how the republicans actually did manage to lose this tme. We were armed to the teeth with powerful and magnetic cogressional leadership. Roosted high atop their legislative perches johnny n mac were both dazzling and dazzeling. Aks yourself, did they not take turns every other week conducting piercing pressers on the capitol steps drawing huge racuous crowds that clearly exposed the seamy unconstitutionality of their democrat colleagues? You have to admit the halls of congress rang with howling cries of ‘FRAUD’! and ‘FOUL’!
Inspiring Magnificant. It’s the only way to describe their perfomance. I just have to laugh and laugh at those extremists who wanted unpopular nobodys like that GOV. Sarah Palin to stump for Mitt. What a disaster that would have been, eh? See, folks, we didn’t suffer from poor leadership we were, alas, victims of poor followership....

I wonder if Obama won because it is very hard to unseat a sitting president.

This is what many of us said. We if nominated a milquetoast, moderate-appearing candidate, who won’t go for the throat, he won’t be able to stand out in contrast and will lose by one percentage point.

We needed a bold leader to defend the conservative vision with passion.

Mitt is a good man that we can respect (who would have done a good job as president if elected), but few people got exited about voting for a super rich guy with 12 mansions and a car elevator.

Maybe next time we need an exciting alternative to the Rat’s propaganda machine.

I say put both Martinez and Rubio together and go for an Hispanic house cleaning. Maybe the only way to get a conservative elected after the Obama sweep.
