I can't think of a better example of liberal thinking. First she raises taxes on all the businesses in her state and then she says those same business owners are treated unfairly because other states don't have high tax rates. The, she closes by saying her state (Washington) desperately needs money. Yet, she can't see the reason why after driving us down social spending the drain for 8 years.

Higher tax rate, reduced revenue, who would have thunk it.

With tax free Oregon right next door, this isn’t going to fix the issue.

I remember when my Dad came out to visit me and had to pay 15% to rent a car, was shocking to my parents who are from the country on the east coast.
