Breaking News - Murder/Suicide involving unnamed Kansas City Chief football player

There has been a report of a murder-suicide involving the Kansas City Chiefs. Various reports indicate a player shot and killed his girlfriend this morning about 8am local time, then drove to the Arrowhead stadium facility and committed suicide.

No details regarding the player's identity has been ascertained.

Girlfriend of victim states perp and girlfriend began arguing after she returned home about 1:00 a.m from concert (presumably w/out him) for concert of Trey Songz at the Midland, in KC.

Friend system couple had "dated" about three years and argued frequently but nothing violent before incident.
