Since the attack on Attie Potgieter and his family, the simple stone farmhouse where they lived has stood empty and crumbling, with nobody wanting to live in the home where one of South Africa's most disturbingly brutal crimes took place.
Mr Potgieter, a farm caretaker, was stabbed and hacked 151 times with a garden fork, a knife and a machete near Lindley in the Free State - the agricultural heart of the country.
His wife, Wilna, and two-year-old daughter, Willemien, were both made to watch him die, before being shot in the head, execution style.
All for pocket money, and possessions of relatively little value – a too-common story in South Africa's rural areas, where mostly white Afrikaner farmers feel they are being targeted in gratuitously violent attacks on their remote farms and smallholdings. They accuse police and government of failing to make these crimes a priority. And as the horrifying murders continue, they are growing increasingly angry.

Aren’t these people allowed to carry guns? I’d rather kill a few of the literal ba$stards before being killed or watching my family die. As for kangaroo courts, again, I suppose I’d rather kill a $hitload of them, and die in the process rather than face their brand of justice. Just sayin’

These problems will not be corrected until people recognize that ALL men are created equal, and should have equal opportunities, not special rights and privileges because they belong to a politically correct group.
It’s tough to have much sypathy for the farmers at this point. They had to see what happened to the former “bread basket of Africa” when the thugs took over and turned Rhodesia into Zimbabwe. They didn’t know the communist thugs who took over South Africa were likewise going to turn South Africa into Zimbabwe?
Those farmers should have run through the door without opening it first.

Technically, yes, but it takes more than 2 years to get a license to own one. It won’t matter anyway. When the white farmers in Zimbabwe, under the same conditions, armed themselves, Mugabe sent in the army to disarm them so none of HIS people got hurt while killing the farmers.

these white farmers are trying to run to the U.S.
so are some Christian church workers that I know who are white AND OBAMA will not allow them in the U.S. even though middle eastern muslims, black Somali muslims, Mexicans, and South Americans are allowed in here in droves.

two of my frat brothers in university were S A. One of them even told me he witnessed a black scum machete a white dude for not giving him a job. He also told me he could count in two hands how many white people actually like Mandela as he was the lead perp in allowing this racist sh*t to go on. He’s very active in NRA circles in his area..
Exactly. When I learned of the demographic shifts taking place in America several years ago, I began prepping accordingly(aggressively excercising my 2nd Ammendment rights) and did so long before the run on guns started during the run up to 2008 election. I’m convinced anyone unarmed in this coming society in America is as good as dead. Lock and load while you still can.
