No. The word king was one hateful to the ears of Americans and even founders arguing for a strong executive, like Adams, were decried as monarchists.
Well, I think we fought a war to not have THEM telling US how we were to live our lives. Nothing about our being curious about what is going on with them. We fought a war so that we didn't have to pay our taxes for the Royal family without having any say as to how our taxmoney was being spent.

If Liz can live another 20+- years, why England could have a princeling to the fifth power, yet another fifth wheel—a 4th generation for the British people to support in a manner to which the royals have become accustomed.
