Carolyn Barnes was arrested in May 2010 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly shooting at a US Census Bureau worker.
So what’s the problem?

As long as they limit her practice to criminal defense in high-profile celebrity cases (think Gloria Allred), she should be perfectly qualified.
Barnes, who has been fighting her commitment, told the newspaper that if she can practice law, she is competent to be tried.

If she is ‘sane’ enough to maintain her license, she should be ‘sane’ enough to use it.
Sounds like a ‘political’ arrest though, would be interesting to see her affiliates etc....
