I find it hard to believe that any man who stalked and killed a woman would get off with a mere 40 years. She should be locked up for the rest of her life. Isn’t equality what feminists demand?

why did they let the woman plead down? they could easily get her on 1st degree murder.
women always get lesser punishments for doing the same garbage men do. it’s just disgusting.

This case needed even more of both because initially police had no strong suspects.~~~~~ According to the criminal complaint, Inselman was obsessed with Struck since their relationship ended in 2004. She hacked into his Facebook account and sent defamatory emails about him to his friends and relatives. She also stole his identity to open four or five credit card accounts. Interesting how they could have had "no strong siuspects" until the gun box was found. I'd wager they really didn't care and were forced to take action when citizens provided info...
