The admission of strong evidence for enhanced solar forcing changes everything. The climate alarmists can’t continue to claim that warming was almost entirely due to human activity over a period when solar warming effects, now acknowledged to be important, were at a maximum.

Too late in CA. It has already been institutionalized in order to replace local government with top down controlled regional governance structures (transportation and water) and statewide requirements to harmonize general plan elements with sustainable community verbage. Now there is even a cap and trade requirement. Whenever the rich have an opportunity to invest in another scheme, it will never go away.
It’s intention was to destroy our separation of powers, protections of due process for property owners so resources could be reallocated and to replace limited elected government with “stakeholder” collaborative groups that are “facilitated” into pre-determined outcomes. This is all supported by science which has been politically corrupted to justify these ends.

What job?! I just hope he is forced to give back that Nobel Prize. No holding my breath though. He should never have been given the prize in the first place. Here is a story why.

Died: May 12, 2008 (aged 98)
Warsaw, Poland
During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto, as a Plumbing/Sewer specialist. She had an ulterior motive.
Irena smuggled Jewish infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried. She also carried a burlap sack in the back of her truck, for larger kids.
Irena kept a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto. The soldiers, of course, wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.
During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants.
Ultimately, she was caught, however, and the Nazi's broke both of her legs and arms and beat her severely.
Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she had smuggled out, in a glass jar that she buried under a tree in her back yard.
After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived and tried to reunite the family. Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.
In 2007 Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize. She was not selected.

This seems to say that the sun alone is NOT responsible or am I misunderstanding this.
Lots of liberal elites have lined their pockets with this scam - they're not going to let go easily...
I always despair when I see articles like this one. For almost two decades, real science has known that, however minuscule the trend might be in the context of a blink of an eye, geologically speaking, warming exists. This geologic process has repeated historically dozens of times and is certainly not new.
The conflict has been due to the claim that the warming is human caused (anthropogenic,) and the arrogant desire to impose human control over geologic processes. Even our nut-job president babbles about lowering sea levels, and not nearly enough intelligent people laugh...

The Nobel Peace Prize has no merit for ethics, or heroism, or noble accomplishment, it is a political statement with a big check.

This guys seen an advance copy of the IPCC’s latest report and it seems to contradict the claim that the IPCC is admitting the sun is mostly to blame. We will have to wait and see.
Does anyone REALLY believe that after all these years the IPCC is going to suddenly say they were wrong? I don’t.
