First Lady Michelle Obama Thursday suggested Republicans are engaged in rampant lying as they debate the issues with President Obama.
“People have to stay focused on what’s going on, because it’s easy to get confused in all the back and forth that goes on, and there’s a whole lot of not-truth telling going on, if you know what I mean,” Michelle said during a radio appearance on the (The Tom Joyner Show).
Mrs. Obama also charged that voter suppression during the 2012 election was widespread.
Michelle said Republicans sought to win the election by spending “unprecedented amounts of money,” running negative advertising, and committing voter suppression.
“Voter suppression was in full force in so many states all over this country,” Mrs. Obama said.
The suggestion that Obama’s opponents are liars picks right up where the Obama campaign left off. Following Obama’s defeat in the first presidential debate, the Obama campaign (branded Gov. Mitt Romney a liar) and made the allegation a central part of its campaign.
Meanwhile, Democrats, including Attorney General Eric Holder, made alleged voter suppression a major issue the campaign.
Michelle’s comments suggest that, with the election over, she may be less concerned about her image, which was remade after the 2008 campaign from that of a harder edged woman who said she hadn’t been proud of her country into an embraceable first lady who cares deeply about veterans and kids’ waist lines.

I suppose you'll have heard about her "voluntary surrender" of her law license .... (that's what they call it when you mail it in ten minutes before they disbar you -- both she and Barky have had that distinction, oh yeah!).

Of all our recent First Ladies, Babs Bush's background had the most gazoot -- she is an old Smithie and a bit of a snob. She complained once that Ron and Nancy had never invited her and George (41) up to the family quarters of the White House while the Reagans were in residence there; truth is, mutatis mutandis as Bill Buckley would say and the situation reversed, chances Barbara would have invited the Reagans up would have been slim and none, and I think Nancy knew it, was why.
Roz Carter was pretty steely in her way but, like Barbara, she has Southern manners and certainly knew how to keep up appearances and support her husband with her deportment. Nancy Reagan ditto, despite having come up from a very humble background via a Hollywood bit-part career as a starlet. She knew some people out in California who knew what style was, and she let them rub off on her, and used her knowledge to decorate her husband's and the People's household.
Laura Bush has the most class of all of them IMHO; she's a down-to-earth Texas girl, much like Roz was down-home Georgia long ago, and I love her to death. Laura Bush is the cat's whiskers and the bee's knees and just rock-solid down to the center of the earth -- just so you know. She reclaimed her man from Demon Rum: how much character and strength does that take? But the scoreboard doesn't lie: Laura Bush 1, Devil Rum 0. And you know that without her, Dubya would never have made it. And I bet he'll tell you that.

Republicans ARE liars.
They lie their asses off to conservative voters every campaign cycle.
Fat slob first lady running her trap as usual. She need not worry though. Once she is no longer first lady she can go back to being the local affirmative action project for whatever employer hires her.
The wife of the biggest liar to ever occupy the white house calls others liars. And she talks about voter suppression when her husband was elected by voter fraud. That’s rich.

This sow that calls herself “first lady” needs to stay out of politics. No one elected her, she represents no one and nothing, except the stratagies of Cloward Priven and the ideology of Saul Alinsky.
Few people remember that. A very shady lady, but hardly a “first” one.
If anyone is a liar well try balancing what “she who must not be named” so clearly believes, black power nationalist socialism with the Constitution of a free people.
Michelle is actually a few cards short of a deck.
