Jews have been barred from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem until Sunday, the last day of Hannukah. The Temple Mount is the holiest site on earth according to Jewish tradition.
The ban is aimed at preventing a Muslim riot at the site. Riots are thought to be particularly likely following Friday prayers.

Like a proper business plan, a political plan has to have a valid exist strategy, end game.

Jews need to “Occupy” the Temple Mount. Not 10-20 of them. But 100,000. At one time. With no warning. Carrying guns. And once there...STAY there. Lay the foundation for the 3rd Temple. Let’s see the police try and stop them. This is the only way to undo the evil that Moshe Dayan perpetrated in June 1967.

I have never understood why Israel gave Muslims authority over the Temple mount. Makes no sense.

There are differences of opinion in rabbinical circles. Everyone holds that one cannot enter the holy of holies, but that is on the large rock presently occupied by a mosque with a golden dome, so it’s pretty easy to avoid.
I thought there were disagreements as to where the holy of holies had been placed, so it was safer to avoid going to the Temple Mount altogether. Mind you, I still place 99.99% of the fault with the Muslims, but I would feel better if the Jews were united defending their right to that holy place.
Perhaps there’s disagreement on its boundaries, but as far as I know, everyone agrees it was always atop that big ol’ rock.
OK, then, when are y’all blowing up the abomination over the rock? I believe there’s a bunch of people ready to build the 3rd Temple NOW. It will be harder to do it when Iran has the bomb.
