Chief Connecticut Medical Examiner H. Wayne Carver has released the names of those killed by 20-year-old Adam Lanza on December 14. Besides proving anew that the lives of far too many innocent people were taken by a cold blooded criminal, the report suggests that the killings were carried out in an act of revenge.
According to the report, Lanza shot the 20 child victims -- eight boys and 12 girls -- at close range and shot each victim between three and eleven times.
Other reports indicate that Lanza "visited Sandy Hook Elementary the day before [the shooting] and was involved in an altercation with four members of the staff of the school." Three of those four are now dead.

Or the school psych was one that the school system circulated through the schools, and was this killer’s school psych— and in that context, in CT she needed the corroboration medically to commit him involuntarily.

Agreed. It isn't any more fair to paint gun owners with the blood on this murderer's hands, and few here would not howl (justifiably) about that.
That's the angle every gun owner needs to push. You wouldn't pull the teeth out of a sheepdog, but those who stand guard over the most precious of all have no defense except to block the door or hide and wait for death.

More to the point would be who is the mother of the kid, and why haven't we heard her name? If she exists, she must have quite a tale to tell.
I doubt he wanted to avenge his mother after just shooting her in the head multiple times and stealing her car.
He was at the elementary school the day before and had an argument (altercation)with four school officials, three of which are now deceased also. I want to know what that was about and if they called the police or his parents. Wasn’t anyone alerted?

Well, how about the one where the Government took control of major Auto manufacturers, the bondholders walked away empty handed, the unions got their pension funds stuffed, and the taxpayers picked up the tab...

OhhhhKay, how about the one where the people running the show gave loan guarantees to companies on the brink of bankruptcy out of the public coffers, later getting healthy kickbacks in the form of political contributions after the companies folded...

The first line of defense that these criminals have is that the things they do sound like wild-eyed conspiracy theories, the more insane, the better, because that means they can stand in front of a MSM camera and say things like "That's crazy, who would believe that?"
The road leads where it leads, no matter what the signs say. If your moral compass tells you it is headed in the wrong direction, act accordingly.
Children are wonderful, innocent, and usually very loving creatures. Until a certain age they do not even understand the concept of a lie. I prefer them to adults.

The various gov't agencies will fail to enforce fathering time while Mom embarks on a "hate your dad" campaign. These same agencies will be glad to investigate Dad for "abuse" when he tries to instill principles in Junior on his extremely limited time with him. Dad soon gives up as he doesn't have tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees to fight for his parental rights amidst all the accusations of Mom(like swimming upstream)
Mom is then free, as custodial Mom, to molly coddle Junior, free range him with zero discipline, structure, guidance and boundaries; letting him call the shots as the inappropriate "man of the house."
Load him up on ADHD meds and anti depressants when he displays any "boy energy" and fails to act like a girl. He grows up to be basically a toddler having tantrums in an adult's body. Ticking time bomb.
Usually until the age that speech occurs. Toddlers will lie to avoid consequences for their actions. It might seem "cute" but it is a natural "self-defense" mechanism/tendency that has to be curbed.
A widely accepted psychology model, associated with planned behavior, suggests how this monster brought himself to his crime. First, he had to decide it was ok to kill a lot of innocent children, his mother, school personnel, and himself. That requires placing no value on others’ lives and then forming the anger and motivation to actually do it. That action had to become more important than anything else. The widespread availability and use of first-person shooter games and access to other popular depictions of evil acts such as exists in many movie, TV programs, and music products would desensitize him to the value of life and promote the acceptability of killing innocents. A general culture that ridicules traditional morals further lowers the barriers to his actions. A personal anger so great he would commit suicide and take others with him is extremely evil. Knowing he would commit suicide would eliminate his concerns about having to face up to the consequences. He may have wanted a lot of attention. He may have been thrilled to have power over peoples’ lives. Whatever it was, he was the worst kind of evil.
The world can help protect against this evil by promoting moral integrity, turning away from hate and violence-filled “entertainment”, and elevating the value of young lives and life in general.
I fear that opportunists will use this evil to make good people more vulnerable. I also fear there will be more evil acts in the future.
