The best estimate is that the first shots were fired by government agents killing the dogs at the compound. Why not just wait and negotiate? The Democrat controlled government used American tanks and armored fighting vehicles against civilians in the United States. The government agents were proven to have lied to coverup the fact that they used tear gas that was set off by incendiaries. They also used active duty, Title X, Special Forces at Waco. Waco was an operation by the Democrat-controlled federal government to display their unhappiness with privately owned firearms.
