President Obama this morning issued a video response to a White House petition demanding more gun control – specifically mentioning America’s gun culture.

“If we work harder to keep guns out of the hands of dangerous people, there would be fewer atrocities like the one in Newtown — or any of the lesser-known tragedies that visit small towns and big cities all across America every day,” Obama concluded.

Are they any different from any other radical left wing socialists throughout history? More subtle perhaps. Better at hiding their agenda behind smoke and mirrors. Their end game is obvious to anyone with any sense of history though.
I think the biggest difference today is that we have a pervasive media presence that cheerleads for the progressive agenda.

The only problem today with American Culture is that as a pool of virtue, it lacks sufficiency in that element to the point that it voted for this despot.
