A West Virginia jury found two members of a Pittsburgh law firm liable of civil racketeering for conspiring with a radiologist to fabricate evidence in asbestos lawsuits against railroad operator CSX.

That is not enought to make them think twice. Without professional sanctions against the lawyers and the doctor, it’s just a business expense.
The ONLY way to determine asbestosis is at the autopsy.
+1, FRiend. I'd like to extend that thought to Wall Street, where criminal fraud judgments have been limited to fines. You won't change behavior if you treat it like a traffic ticket.

I see a TV ad from some shyster law firm talking about asbestos and you can tell they added a quiet woman’s voice at the beginning saying “Hey, smokers!”
Haha . . . those suits crack me up. Curtis Sliwa on his WABC talk show is always talking about sending his enemies to H*ll without an asbestos suit.
