Well imagine that. Threaten supply and demand goes UP.
Sounds like capitalism to me.

Limiting types of guns is just as bad as confiscation.

If you're left with a pea shooter and your foe has a semi...just put your hands in the air and prepare to die.

I think the term “assault weapons” to signify certain kinds of guns is a bit silly. A lot of things are “assault weapons”-—a baseball bat, a car, a tire iron, etc.

A gun has only one job and that is to shoot when it’s trigger is pulled.

The person pulling the trigger may at times be the one doing the “assaulting” but that doesn’t make the gun an “assault weapon”.

Indeed. We fight for the rights of generations yet unborn.

And when it does come down to time for fighting, we’ll be needing our bolties anyway.

“Gun enthusiasts pack shows to buy assault weapons”

The above propaganda speak many have been brainwashed through the tactic of “repitition speak.”

Any firearm sold in the United States is a defense, hunting, or sport firearm.

Thus:

Gun enthusiasts pack shows to buy Maximum Defense Firearms.

Agreed. They want us to agree to ban "assault weapons", and then they get to define "assault weapon". And they're outraged that we could possibly find anything wrong with that arrangement.

If someone were to beat a LIB asshat with Das Kapital would that then be an assault weapon?

Where the h*ll are the Reuters reporters about Fast and Furious?

30,000 men, women and children have been killed by high powered weapons, supplied by US LAW ENFORCEMENT to TERRORISTS and drug lords in Mexico.

As soon as somebody tells me what an "assault weapon" is, I would be happy to go buy some. As it stands now, everything I own is an "assault weapon", including the hay hooks and the boots.

I guess I could theoretically strangle somebody with my underwear, so that is an "assault weapon" as well.

Morons.

And along with demand goes the prices. I went to a minor show in Mesa, AZ today and walked out with nothing. Pmags that were selling for $15 to $20 each the first week of December were going for $50 to $60. Ammo prices were also way up. I saw a Norinco SKS priced at $450 and wondered what I could get for an old Yugo.

A few guys were walking out with their new $1200 M&P-15s but if this show is any indicator, I think the sellers may have found what the market will bear. A lot of people like me were waling out empty handed.

Hey libtards. Don’t know if you have considered one of the unintended consequences of banning semi autos, But I don’t want to hear your whiny complaints when the criminal element switches over to FULL automatic. After all, If they are both illegal, why dick around with the semi autos?
