Morgan, like most of the radical left, deliberately avoid the reality that criminals do not obey laws. Second, the idea of banning guns is not to protect innocent society, but to protect corrupt and oppressive government. Piers only want to compare gun murder because that gives him the result he wants. A common trick used by hoplophobes. Compare overall murder rates, and you come up with a different result because fear of being shot lowers other violent crime rates.
