Actually a democrat Congress created the EPA as democrats controlled Congress during Nixon’s term. Yes the idiot signed the bill but he is one idiot and democrats created the EPA ( the laws behind it) and the laws behind almost all the government agencies and gov spending. Presidents can’t write legislation although the Obama communist is abusing that power.

Jackson was the real push behind the environment[citation needed] and he proposed and helped write S 1075, a bill submitted in 1969 creating the NEPA, the National Environmental Protection Act.
