Those are men, not 12 year old girls. Still, even with ye olde bumpfire 6 you still see the need to pull down when firing auto ~ and on one session where he did a burst of 7 (who would do that?) it pulled him to the right ~ hmmm.
That does reduce the problem a bit ~ but that's not an M60 either.
Im a big fan of rapid controlled precision fire. It doesnt matter if youre facing a couple hoods on the staircase at home with a 1911, or if the lion is coming fast and you have to get another shot off from your Lott. Anything that reduces the amount of time it takes to get back on target should be considered.
For hunting rifles I like the designs of the English gunsmiths of the post WW I era, so any muzzle device would be considered sacrilege. I may have to noodle the trade-offs on a Gibbs. Something that reduces or eliminates muzzle rise - I wouldnt think twice on a mouse gun.
