I wholeheartedly AGREE! We should confiscate Nancy’s Villa, her winery, her hotels, and the rest of her Hundred Million Dollar Fortune and let her be that true “little old grandma she always claims she is”....put her in a third-floor walkup tenement surrounded by the grandkids while mom and dad are off scoring their daily hit.
Truth from her lips for a rare case - only the real problem is that the Grand Old Party has turned Democratic and instead of doing good, or mitigating the bad, they are complicit in the evil the Party of the Asses wreaks upon the People.
Dims calling for higher taxes either lack the mental capacity to understand the Laffer Curve or they seek to punish success. In Pelosi’s case, it’s the former.

We need to hit back on the “fairness” issue. Democrats use the term “fair share” all the time, but have never defined what they mean. How much is fair? How can government enforce fairness?
What is not pointed out in these discussions is what’s referred to as the net effective tax rate. This rate, the tax rate actually paid after all deductions, credits,etc, had remained fairly flat since WWII even though during and immediately following The Big One the top rate was 90% and subsequently was reduced to about 75% by Eisenhower and then further by Kennedy. Point being that the wealthy and affluent, regardless of the official tax rate, have the means available to avoid paying those high taxes. And, liberals promoting higher taxes are well aware of this.
Why don’t we just confiscate all the money from rich government employees like Pelosi?

The California Democrats isn’t getting into specifics but she does discuss changes to tax law that might involve deductions and other breaks.

The wealthy saw their income tax go up 12%, their Social Security tax increase 32%, Medicare tax rise by 24%, and Cap gains rate increase by 20%, and this pig thinks that wasn’t enough?
Tax hikes haven’t even been in effect a week and we’re already being told they’re not high enough.....
