I was looking up Chuck Hagel and his Sand Hills pac and came across some interesting information, the Keystone pipeline was rerouted in Nebraska to avoid the sensitive SAND HILLS area, which just happens to be Chuck Hagel’s home town.

Hagel probably didn’t want it pass thru his area and negotiated a deal to have it moved. But the pipeline was killed anyways.
Is Canada still trying to get the Russia to help fund the pipeline? or was that China?
