We have to more than talk: how about a “million gun owner march”in DC? Preferably before the idiot's inauguration.

If I were a liberal Democrat and I got this letter, I wouldn’t be worried either.

‘34 required a $200 tax, and FOPA cut off the supply of new automatics.

Half right doesn’t count.

Uh... what major gun rights group is, at least for the time being, missing from the list of national organizations in the letter? Perhaps they are Not Really Aware of the letter? Or maybe they's Not Ready to Associate themselves with the coalition?

Let’s steer this back to the discussion of protecting kids from shooters in the school.

I have a better idea. Ignore their unconstitutional laws.

Tell them all to go straight to hell.

How about gaining the offensive in this manner. Include in the letter this ultimatum. “You are hereby advised that all law abiding gun owners will refuse to pay any federal income tax to a government that acts unconstitutionally.”

Inform all those voting for any “disarmament legislation” that you will hold them personally responsible for any harm that comes to you or your family due to your inability to protect them from bodily harm.

Both the NFA of ‘34 and the GCA of ‘68 need to be repealed.

The bad news is that no member of Congress will take the time to read the letter. If they do anything with it they might pass it off to an aide and ask for a summery. Most will just toss it away. That's just the way things are.
