Cory Booker has filed a statement of organization for his U.S. Senate run according to documents posted on the Federal Election Commission website.
The actual papers provide little detail about how much money the mayor of Newark has raised, but the papers, filed on January 8 are the first official step towards a run in 2014. His treasurer is listed as Judith Zamore.

Great. Another asshat rears his ugly head. But, he has lived on the street and been on food stamps. Well, he said he did it for a WEEK so he can understand the plight of those that HAVE to live like that. Another “radical left wing extemist”. Just what we need. Can’t we kick NJ out of the union? let’s see.. lautenberg gets reelected,dies in office and Porky appoints a Repub that satisfies conservatives. I don’t wish death on anyone but some people don’t think of the big picture. Just think of the blown Senate opportunities by the stupid party.
“Reformed homophobe” Booker who earlier bowed out of running against Chrissy is looking to run for the Senate. Senator Dracula may or may not have something to say about that. I hope the Jersey GOP has something to say other than “Congratulations Senator”.

Mayor Cory Booker made national headlines yesterday when an article he published as a student in the Stanford Daily circulated online, detailing his evolution from homophobe to tolerance advocate.
The 1992 op-ed tells how Booker once “hated gays” but transformed his views when he attended the California university.
Today, Booker released a statement addressing the evolution of his feelings on homosexuality.
Clearly he want to be President someday.
Will he get elected Senator in 2014 and run in 2016?

I hope he won’t get elected in 2014 but he is probably the frontrunner if Draula retires and maybe even if he doesn’t, some poll has him ahead of Dracula by 42-20.
No way Obama will be followed by another Black democrat with even less time in the Senate.
Sorry , Camden’s Andrews is who I meant. He ran in the primary in 2008 versus Lautenberg. He lost but his wife had won the primary and dropped out so Camden Democrats replaced her with him.
Cory Booker is a VERY talented demagogue, far more so Zero. He is not to be underestimated.
OK then. Time for another Operation Chaos. Reregister as Democrats and nominate the guy with one foot in the grave.
