WE say these things, but there’s not a complete set of balls in all of our government.
Majority Leader Harry's transgression is that for over 1300 days, he has failed to pass a budget. In fact, there is no evidence he has even tried. This is against the law. Federal law clearly requires the Congress to pass a budget every year.
Looks to me like Felonious Harry Reid is a repeat offender. What's the rule on repeat offenders, three strikes, he's out, right?
We are on the verge of CWII. The Democrats are acting like the US Government is a democracy, which gives the ruling party the ability to ride roughshod over the minority, which are the God fearing, family oriented, gun clinging fly-over country Americans. We are/were a Constitutional Republic, which protected the rights of the minority from abuse by the majority. Dictator Obama and the democrats are hell-bent on bringing down our Republic. I would guess that their model for America is a Totalitarian dictatorship that they WILL accomplish through Cloward-Piven stratety of overwhelming the system. This requires that they collaple the economy to re-boot the system to their vision of Statism.
It is interesting to me that Boehner was so freakin' naive to think that Obama was negotiating in good faith in the "Financial Cliff" debacle. Most, if not all Freepers know what is going on. We can not and will not negotiate the end of the Republic. If Obama exerts dictatorial control over the Debt Ceiling, America is F*cked! It isn't too much of a stretch of the imagination to see that their goal is to nullify the Constitution and inject their goal of a Communist-Marxist government. They have to exert Gun confiscation to achieve their objectives. Look for it in the next few weeks by EO from Satan's deciple BHO and Hairball Reid.
I find this incredible. You wouldn’t think a senator would put it in such open terms as the headline implies. I see he’s careful to say “lawful” and couch it in terms of avoiding default. Which isn’t at risk, though they profit from pretending.
By the way, there is no lawful way for the president to bypass Congress on appropriation. So this is utterly empty blather. Unless there’s one of them emergency buttons.
I think Congress as a whole passes budgets, not Reid. The house has passed a few, so they’re off the hook. I don’t see why Reid couldn’t blame the rest of the senate, or at least everyone who voted budgets down, in place of himself.
Appropriating money without a budget is another matter, and they’ve done that (boy, howdy.) But you can’t throw then all out of office ans in jail. Or can you?

Saying that obama is going to lawfully spend money the Congress didn’t authorize is like saying obama is going to lawfully bugger an 8 year old boy - which he probably does on a regular basis as a member in good standing with his islamofascist cult.
Ignoring Congress in the matter of the budget will be an indication of what is to come, for those so thick that they can’t see it already.
If obumbler ignores the Constitution, or rather purposefully illegally evades the Constitution, then the 2Nd Amendment nor any other part of it is of any importance to him.
Maning not only your guns, but your gold, your property and perhaps even your life is not safe.
The inauguration of obumbler, this month, is the worst thing to ever happen to the US since the Civil War.
