Holder Begs Court to Stop Document Release on Fast and Furious
Breitbart ^ | January 17, 2013 | Matthew Boyle

Attorney General Eric Holder and his Department of Justice have (asked) a federal court to indefinitely delay a lawsuit brought by watchdog group Judicial Watch. The lawsuit seeks the enforcement of open records requests relating to Operation Fast and Furious, as required by law.

[snip] The administration has refused to comply with Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, and in mid-September the group (filed a lawsuit) challenging Holder’s denial. That lawsuit remains ongoing but within the past week President Barack Obama’s administration filed what’s called a “motion to stay” the suit. Such a motion is something that if granted would delay the lawsuit indefinitely.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said that Holder’s and Obama’s desire to continually hide these Fast and Furious documents is “ironic” now that they’re so gung-ho on gun control. “It is beyond ironic that the Obama administration has initiated an anti-gun violence push as it seeking to keep secret key documents about its very own Fast and Furious gun walking scandal,”

One would hope something damning there

BUT

More than likely, this will be a replica of the infamous Geraldo Rivera and “Al Capones Vault”.

The more Holder/BO say ‘Don’t throw me in that briar patch’, means the less is in the ‘watered down’ version.

Holder doesn’t want to have to use his “pardon” card yet. He has much left to do in the overthrow of legitimate government “activities”.

He’s just trying to be efficient. An injunction is a lot less work than shredding and deleting!

I do not know what Holder is worried about. The MSM will bury every story they can on this and what they cannot bury, they will blame republicans.

Father, I ask that Eric Holder be found out and placed in prison. He and his DC Gangsters are guilty of multiple crimes and justice demands his and many more shall fall.

This is just nother “sideways”, much like the submitted legal documents that supposedly record the actual birthplace and parentage of the Current Occupant of the White Hut, Bronco Bama. It has been shown in several independent analyses that the doouuments made public have been extensively tampered with, with no real clue at to whether there ever WERE real documents.

For that, I want to see DNA evidence.

In this instance, the reason for the withholding of “Fast and Furious” documentation, is that A) either the job of fabricating substitute documents has not yet been completed, or B) there really was damning evidence contained in the actual records, and they have since been shredded.

Or C) both A) and B).

Do Conservatives realize how screwed we are when we have to rely on Judicial Watch to do something? Remember how effective they were during the Clinton years?

They fire more blanks than a castrated queer.

Since he and Holder did that and it failed to help them gut the Second Amendment, it's a pretty much lead pipe cinch that he and Holder went on looking for another way to create an even “better” atrocity to give them another run at the Second Amendment. The Regime has almost unlimited resources to troll the Internet looking for unstable, mentally ill individuals who might be lusting to perpetrate a Newtown atrocity. Hence, there's an excellent chance the Regime, having failed with F&F, set out to do just that and discovered Lanza as their ideal mass murderer. Having discovered him, it didn't take much effort to develop him into the ideal murder machine and turn him loose. Then, IMHO, they instructed him to destroy his computer or sent a cleaner in do do it after he became operational
