You are so right about modern ease-everything is right there. My dad taught myself and my others 3 sisters how to take care of ourselves once we left home. He always was worried about us since we were a close family. He taught my 7 brothers as well though he was more one on one with us girls. (I am glad he did this because my 2 older brothers like to tease and play with us girls throughout our teen years), so, we had him to go to to seek advice. He always said we were not as hard headed as the boys. I would not count on the liberal males but not to say one could not shoot well. I know one liberal neighbor who would run and hide if an intruder or an issue would occur or he would call my hubby (as he has before). Know your neighbors, your area and have emergencies supplies and a plan set. I hope if things fall apart, my neighbors are patriotic (most seem to be) and do not fall in this guy's traps (since so many think he is a second coming figure or something we all need & we can't see it)
