As long as the people enacting these policies don’t state them or their intentions there’s no way it can be proven to discrimination as long as you have a valid sounding response....sort of an Alinskyesh type tactic. They sure not mind using them.

I can legally deny a person based on their sources of income, I don't rent to people that have to borrow money from the government to pay rent, the scholarship people, I don't have to rent to someone on welfare as our criteria is a working tenant. No laws in Oregon restricting me from not renting to a person that does not have a job. Only thing restricting me is age and familial status.

Employers and business owners have the right to hire and fire employees who do not meet their job requirement - e.g. common sense and good working ethics. They are free to let go those (obots) that have no common sense and have bad working ethics.
Certainly you do not advertise the reason they are laid off is because they are o-supporters.
