There are two words to describe the recent Salon column by liberal writer Mary Williams: horrendous... and honest.
One of the main reasons I have been telling people in speeches, in writing, and on my radio program that I truly believe we are living in the midst of the generation that will end abortion in America is embodied in Williams' piece. The anti-life left can no longer hide behind some murky confusion of what's happening in the womb. They can no longer candy-coat what they condone.
They can no longer pretend there is some great mystery to when human life begins.
Credit technology, but also credit a pro-life movement that, after forty years of frustrating attempts to chip away at our modern holocaust through regulating abortion, is finally getting around to forcing the only question that has ever mattered: what is conceived in the womb? If it's not human, there are no limits that should be placed upon the practice of abortion (except safety precautions and licensing for the medical personnel who will perform the dangerous and invasive procedure). But if it is human, then there is absolutely no justification that ever allows the intentional killing of that life. None.
Rape? Of course not -- we don't punish children for the sins of the father. Ever. Execute the rapist, save the innocent child.
Life of the mother? Read this slowly and carefully: there has never been, and there never will be a case where saving the mother's life requires the intentional killing of an innocent child in the womb. Now, there are extraordinarily sad and rare cases where carrying the child to term could be potentially life threatening. And in those tragic circumstances, a moral society will allow the removal of the child when it is absolutely necessary to save

The disturbing thing is -— Mary Williams actually wrote these words in Salon (entitled: So what if abortion ends life? I believe that life starts at conception. And it’s never stopped me from being pro-choice):
“Here’s the complicated reality in which we live: All life is not equal... And I would put the life of a mother over the life of a fetus every single time — even if I still need to acknowledge my conviction that the fetus is indeed a life. A life worth sacrificing.”
Note the intellectual dishonesty in her statement. Williams and her pro-abortion ilk are not putting “the life of a mother over the life of a fetus.” They are putting the convenience and expediency of the mother over the life of a fetus. B
ut beyond that, let’s acknowledge Williams’ surrender on the truth of what we’ve all known for a long time and only the most cowardly among us pretend that they don’t know (see Barack Obama’s infamous remark that, “Answering that question with any specificity is above my pay grade”): The word fetus, just like the words adolescent and toddler, doesn’t refer to a nonhuman. It refers to a human at a particular stage of development.
Satanic in plain view. How much more clear can it be that this is child sacrifice to the antichrist.
Powerful article, and the whole thing is worth reading. BTTT
The most significant action Obama did as state senator from Chicago, other than voting "present," was to push for a bill which mandated that a baby who survived an abortion be killed.
The democrat party works overtime to implement abortion on demand in every crevice they can.
They all run to do evil.
Here are words of Paul Begala regarding the ease at which they changed the laws in their favor:
"Stroke of the pen, law of the land, kinda cool."
We have a very anti-christian administration at the helm.
What is the Good Lord's take on their evil?:
From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.
Aborted babies cry to heaven for vengeance.
According to her, “All life is not equal”. How far does she stretch this principle? Would the elderly or handicapped or mentally retarded be “useless eaters”? She says, all life is not equal, and it is OK to end the lesser value life-in the case of abortion, even merely for the mother’s convenience, so she can continue to live the lifestyle to which she is accustomed. If she really believes that, then why wouldn’t it be OK to end other lives of “unequal”, “lesser” value, for no higher reason than that of convenience to those persons involved? What’s the difference?
Do these people understand how truly evil they are? Even Hitler pretended to have some higher moral purpoe for his murder-this woman has no qualms in admitting that murder as a lifestyle choice-the convenience of her chosen lifestyle-is good enough reason to murder.
She just might change her mind, if perchance she finds herself in one of the “unnecessary” categories.
That’s usually the case. But being a hypocritical leftist, she will already be well-practiced in the argument of why she is still “valuable” to society. All leftists consider themselves valuable and “elite” merely by virtue of breathing and being leftists.
At the heart of every liberal belief or cause is one all consuming precept-the exercise of power, and abortion is the ultimate expression of power. The ability to whimsically end the life of another for the sake of convenience is absolute power.
Never mind the rhetoric. It was always so. They know and don’t care.
