NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) -- A doctor was fatally shot in an examination room of an Orange County medical office, and the man who police believe shot him was taken into custody in the same room without a struggle, authorities said.

My urologist wasn’t very popular with me when I was told to wait a couple days to see if I would pass a killer kidney stone he ultimately had to remove anyway......
Everybody in my dentist's office carries. The doc showed me his latest purchase. (We've been shooting together.) The ladies take the trash out with one carrying the trash and another carrying a gun.This is a nice neighborhood, but section 8 housing has been move in nearby. They have some hair-raising stories.

I have no idea why this doc was offed. I was being sarcastic.
My family doc has a couple of rifles and does not like public ranges. I am probably going to take him to my club range this spring.

It’s just that most people on this thread are treating it as a joke. Maybe it’s me, but I just can’t find any humor in some clinician getting murdered by one of the people he’s treating. One of the CDC anti-gun admin types I could probably dig up a smile.
Carrying out federal kill orders on Americans, might be a tad dangerous.
It’s one thing to painfully kill millions of unborn babies who can not speak and fight back. It’s another thing to kill millions of grannies...or anyone in the family for that matter.
It also is not helping when doctors are used and protrayed by socialists as being death, bully and snoop agents of the nanny/police state. That introduces an adversial relationship in people’s most stressful times of life. Integrating the psychology of socialist serf insanity into America is a serious problem.
