Just three weeks after I was sworn into office for a sixth term as Maricopa County Sheriff, a group of radical extremists filed a recall campaign to forcibly remove me from office.
This is very serious. These left-wing groups of agitators are the same ones who spent millions against me in last year’s campaign in an effort to defeat me. Because they didn’t like the outcome of that election they are now going to spend millions of dollars to force a recall election this coming fall.
So far they have raised over $1.3 million to defeat me!
These sore losers just never stop. They figure if they can force an election in an off-year they’ll be able to turn out every pro-illegal immigrant voter and steal this election. We saw them do the very same thing to an Arizona State Senator just over a year ago.
It’s clear that these people will go to any lengths to see me defeated and out of office. They’ll resurrect all the lies, distortions and personal attacks from last year’s campaign and use them against me this year.
But I don’t care what threats they make. I will never back down one inch when it comes to doing the job I was JUST elected to do. I will continue enforcing all the laws on the books no matter what the consequences.
I am going to need your help now more than ever before. This campaign starts NOW.

Sheriff Joe’s “Cold Case Posse” has accepted a large amount of financial donations but has not yet released all its findings.
Even his supporters should be asking what’s up with that.

I’ve seen one report that the Cold Case Posse has received millions, but that is not confirmed. As a non-profit, it is obligated to release its financial records, so asking the Posse itself would be a good place to start.

What the Cold Case Posse received will soon be a public record when their tax forms are released.

This may be a little premature. The recall effort just started and they have 120 days to collect 350,000 valid signatures from Maricopa County. Odds are against them, and this will probably go the way of the other failed recall efforts. What happens to the money Arpaio raises if it does?

Orly, Hi. I hope you are well. I sent this to Charles Jaco from FOX regarding his posted interview with MO Speaker.
I also sent out a letter a couple weeks ago to Sheriff Arpaio asking him to refund my money and others donations who gave to the CCP unless he files a criminal complaint.
I included a copy of the cashed check. I also called his office yesterday and spoke with Deandra and got the same thing they’ve been saying “the case is ongoing and we are still working on gathering more evidence”. I have not seen my refund in the mail, nor have I caught wind a complaint has been filed with DA or AG.

I believe you fail to see who has the real antipathy. Record numbers of people purchasing firearms and ammo and the govt wants to take away that guaranteed right to protect ourselves why they arm themselves with over 1.6 billion rounds of ammo and make purchases of automatic weapons, the same they want to ban from lawful citizens.
