We Take You Inside the Mind of a Sandy Hook Truther: CIA Conspiracy? 7 Shooters? An Attempt to
The Blaze ^ | 2/4/13 | Billy Hallowell

The fever-pitch surrounding Sandy Hook Trutherism is simmering, however a small, yet vocal movement is still feverishly working to convince the greater society that the event either didn’t happen — or that key details are being hidden from the public. We already brought you a point-by-point debunk of the Sandy Hook conspiracy, tackling some of the most talked-about claims. But TheBlaze article was published on Jan. 23, and, since that time, Truthers have come out with new ideas and theories aimed at poking holes in the official narrative.

Among the more recent projects is “Sandy Hook — The Documentary,” a nearly-three hour YouTube movie produced by 31-year-old Mark Howitt, a Canadian who has a deep interest in studying the facets surrounding events like the Sandy Hook massacre. TheBlaze interviewed Howitt late last week to learn more about his motivations for creating the film and to better understand the Truthers’ curious stance.

HOW “SANDY HOOK — THE DOCUMENTARY” CAME TO FRUITION

Howitt, who runs a record label called Archaic North Entertainment, describes himself as a regular guy whose curiosities were sparked by inconsistencies he found in the official Sandy Hook story.

“Well, obviously the anomalies that were being reported by the media was what sparked my initial curiosity,” he told TheBlaze.

The novice filmmaker said that he didn’t start exploring the shooting until two or three weeks after it happened. By the time he began investigating, Howitt said the media had already settled comfortably into embracing the police narrative.

What I found EXTREMELY odd was how quickly the MSM left the community after the event. Usually they remain on-site until every single smidgen of exploitation is wrung from the story.

Then I read that the town is regarded as just a leeeeetle bit strange — i.e., a mecca for aging ‘60s hippie “gurus” and spaced-out sycophants.

My best guess is the MSM didn’t want to press its luck, for fear of accidentally interviewing some loon who might have upset the whole agenda applecart.

Indeed. One can add it to the list of oddities around Sandy Hook. The whole thing smells.

This site is becoming unbearable b/c with every bad thing that happens, people jump into conspiracy mode and go full bore.

The kid was a pyscho. He went into a school and murdered the kids. He then shot himself. The left then jumped on the oppurtunity and are using it politically. End of story.

Thanks for posting this you tube vid:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cxa24q81rFE

I compared it to the timeline in the NH Register and found where the Register made a transcription error and left out the report of the broken glass at 9:36:35. Very careless of them. It could have saved a lot of conspiracy theorists a lot of time.

It appears that the report of the broken glass at the front door is not made by any police officer because it takes place at 9:36:35 which is too early for the police to have arrived on the scene as they were only dispatched at 9:36.

So then who was this person reporting the broken glass at 9:36:35??

Odds are it is the same “individual” who was still on the phone with police dispatch at 9:37:15 [NHRegister erroneously reports it at 9:36:15] that reports: “The individual I have on the phone is continuing to hear what he believes to be gun shots.”

So the guy who reports the broken glass [9:36:35] is still on the phone with dispatch 45 seconds later [9:37:15] telling them that he is continuing to hear gunshots in the building.

The first officer is on the scene a minute later [9:38:15], and as other officers arrive, they spot him along the side of the school, chase him up into the woods where they take him into custody. That was probably Chris Manfredonia and explains why they detained him shortly and then let him go.

Mystery solved —

Why was one the potential suspects (the guy in camo pants who said, “I didn’t do it” to some of the parents) put in the front of a police car right after something so horrific has just gone down? Maybe his alibi checked out on the walk over? Why wouldn’t the camera pan over to the police car when the witness said he was “right over there”?.

There were a lot of strange things on the day of the shooting. I was at work and trying to keep an eye on it as details came in. When at first they reported that kids had been shot, all sorts of random stuff was posted and broadcast, from another shooter in the woods to two guys going outside the building etc. Then they didn’t ID the shooter properly, accusing his brother, and saying that the Dad had been shot. There were reports of a van or a car with the back window blown out, and all sorts of weird police radio comments. What was strangest to me was that while the bodies were still warm and unseen, the gun control witch hunt had begun. I remember the police spokesman saying in his most outraged voice that every one of these GUNS will be investigated back to the workbench they were made on and who made each part. No mention of the shooter. Only the guns.

“The Blaze say’s that it is a conspiracy theory for people to even think that Sandy Hook is “An Attempt to ‘Disarm People and Attack the 2nd Amendment””

That’s just the headline, that is not what they are getting at. Here is a better quote:

“Of course, most Sandy Hook Truthers — and Howitt is no exception — root their theories in the notion that the government either manufactured the massacre or embellished the events in an effort to disarm Americans and to erode the Second Amendment.”

Just believing that the government would take advantage of a shooting to curtail the 2nd Amendment is not much of a conspiracy theory. It’s when you say that the government planned the massacre, or is creating some misrepresentation of it to further their agenda, that you lose the rest of us.

It wasn't, it's a bug in the google date-restricted search. Name me any recent event in the news, and I'll do the same kind of google search and show you that webpages were talking about it "before it happened".

Here's an example of webpages about Hurricane Sandy seeming to be dated weeks before that event happened:

I choose to believe that not even the Obama administration would actively commit such an abomination, even if it promoted their wildest dreams. Because the day that I start believing the government could or did do something like this, it’s a whole ‘nother ballgame. I hope and pray that they would not do something like this. They would certainly wait for an abomination to happen and then jump on it like vultures, which they did.

They, meaning media, government spokespeople, Dianne Feinstein and many more certainly “embellished” what an AR-15 is, what it does, how it does it and have said that AR’s have no use other than killing people. Which is a blantant lie and is an effort to disarm Americans. And yes, I know you are a stickler for details, so I will state right now that the weapon used is not an “event”, but a big part of an event that “they” are indeed, embellishing.

9:36 Police are dispatched to the school.

9:37:15 Same individual still on the phone with dispatch reports shots continuing from inside the school.
9:37:45~ It would have been right about at this time that the 10 kids in Soto’s room made a break for it.
9:38:15 First officer arrived and reports that shooting had stopped. Other officers begin arriving on the scene.
9:39 Some officers chase the individual into the woods and take him into custody, while others search the vehicle and then begin entering the school.

9:42~ It would have been right about this time that the two mothers are at the front door of the school.
9:46 Shooter fires final shots and kills himself.

“There’s a lot of evidence supporting that there was a group of people involved —

Where is this evidence??? There is none.

“It’s impossible to debunk this evidence. On the police scanner you can hear seven suspects discussed.”

Someone needs his hearing checked and doesn't know how to read a police scanner.

I don’t think the article is talking about people objecting to AR-15s being called “assault weapons”, or hoplophobic fear mongering tactics. We see that in every news story involving guns, so it’s nothing unusual at this point.

I took the article as discussing “conspiracy theories”. One mentioned in the title, was that it was being used to limit our second amendment rights. Of that, I think there is no doubt.

So, if you point out that this “crisis” is being used to advance gun control, or as the title of the article say’s an attempt to limit our second amendment rights, then that is a nutty conspriacy theory? You don’t think the government is using this tragedy?

If someone said “the government had killers go in and kill 26 people in an elementary school in an effort to ban guns” then I would tell you that is nutty. But, as far as I can tell, and it’s been a couple of hours since I read the article, the guy producing the video is not saying this.

“Never let a crisis go to waste” Who said this?

“Vast right wing conspiracy” Who said this? And why? Did she actually believe this? I say no. Why? To deflect and/or obscure the truth. To belittle whoever would possibly question the company line. It’s actually pretty effective.

At the 7:00 point on this tape at 10:30 an officer notifies dispatch that he is transporting/walking “4 students that had left the school previously” to the fire station. More than likely these are the students who had been at Rosen’s house.

The Blaze has not done a good job on Sandy Hook. Even this movie maker may already be behind the curve. My sense is that the official story is weak and will continue to fall apart.

People should do their own research. Spread the word.
