Nothing. That is what President Barack Obama did on the night of September 11, 2012, as terrorists attacked the U.S. consulate in Benghazi and killed four Americans, among them Ambassador Christopher Stevens. President Obama’s inaction was revealed in testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee on Thursday by outgoing Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey.
Under direct questioning by Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), Panetta admitted that he had no communication with President Obama after their “pre-scheduled” meeting at 5:00 p.m. EDT. The attack on the consulate had already been under way for 90 minutes at that time. Neither the president nor anyone else from the White House called afterwards to check what was happening; the Commander-in-Chief had left it “up to us,” said Panetta.
Panetta’s testimony directly contradicts President Obama’s own claim to have issued “three direectives” as soon as he learned “what was going on” in Benghazi. As he told a Denver reporter in October: I gave three very clear directives. Number one, make sure we are securing our personnel and that we are doing whatever we need to. Number two, we are going to investigate exactly what happened and make sure it doesn't happen again. Number three, find out who did this so we can bring them to justice.
That same claim was subsequently repeated by other Democrats, including Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel, who came to the president’s defense. But if those directives were indeed given--and proof has never been produced--they were given long after the attack, not while the attack was going on, during which time the president did nothing.

White House: Obama talks with Netanyahu on Iran, no meeting sought By Barbara Starr
President Barack Obama talked with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a call Tuesday night about the threat posed by Iran's nuclear program, according to a White House statement.
Obama placed the call to Netanyahu, a senior administration official told CNN.
The one-paragraph statement from the White House, which referred to the Obama-Netanyahu discussion as "a part of their ongoing consultations," followed reports earlier in the day that the White House had rejected a request by Netanyahu to meet with Obama this month to discuss Iran's nuclear program.
CNN's Wolf Blitzer, citing Israeli sources, reported that the Israelis were told Obama's schedule would not permit a meeting even though Israel offered to have Netanyahu travel to Washington.
Obama and Netanyahu are both due to address the United Nations in New York in late September but not at the same time.
The Obama administration pushed back later Tuesday.
"Contrary to reports in the press, there was never a request for Prime Minister Netanyahu to meet with President Obama in Washington, nor was a request for a meeting ever denied," the White House said Tuesday night in its statement, which made reference to "our close cooperation on Iran and other security issues."
Netanyahu has shown growing impatience with what he says is a lack of clarity by the Obama administration on articulating so-called "red lines" that Iran cannot cross if it wants to avoid war over its nuclear ambitions.
The administration has resisted pressure to take that step.
U.S. intelligence officials have said they do not believe Iran has decided to develop a nuclear weapon, even as evidence continues to mount that they are improving their ability to do so. Iran said its intentions are peaceful.
Atomic enrichment in and of itself is not the red line, a U.S. official told CNN.

President Barack Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed Iran and other issues in a hour-long phone call on Tuesday night, the White House announced—along with a statement that Netanyahu, contrary to news reports, never asked for a meeting with the president.
The White House briefed on the call between the two leaders as tensions with Iran are growing—talk of an Israeli pre-emptive strike on Iran nuclear facilities is escalating—and stories about Obama snubbing Netanyahu—now denied—present a political problem to a president who is wooing the Jewish vote. In a statement issued Tuesday evening, the White House said, “President Obama spoke with Prime Minister Netanyahu for an hour tonight as a part of their ongoing consultations. The two leaders discussed the threat posed by Iran’s nuclear program, and our close cooperation on Iran and other security issues...

Anonymous claims to have the records....DOJ was hit, although I’d bet they had all they needed prior to this recent attack, the Federal Reserve was hit, but again well after they had what they need....and the list will continue to grow. It seems Anonymous is the only source of action lately that is being confirmed as true by all media.
One hour didn’t prevent him from finding out what was going on after the call. One hour didn’t stop him from issuing a CBA command. He didn’t care. 0derelict was derelict in his duties.
He knew before he dalled Netanyahu...or he THOUGHT he knew, that a whole bunch of Americans were going to die.

Imagine his surprise when he woke up in the morning and found out they all DIDN’T die. Major whoopsie.
Yep, he could have issued the CBA before he made/took the call and left an order to keep him apprised of the situation. I can’t fathom a president who would not do that at minimum. Disgusting! I don’t even know any words foul enough to describe my feelings about him.

.... Knowing the narrative of those involved in the usual "Cover-up" machine ..... he will simply say that he "Misspoke." ..... Then .... Problem solved for the Boy King..... then ... onto his business as usual.
... Sadly, as we all know ... investigative journalism is dead. Nobody outside "The Kook Right Wing Fringe" as the King calls it, will bother looking into this.
