NBC works solely for the DNC and lives to
protect Fannie Mae corruption (led by David Gregory’s
attorney wife).
NBC called the GOP ‘violent’ at the beginning of SOTU,
and followed with endless attacks on Rubio.
They are earning their keep.

Well, it wasn’t like he took down the whole US economy or let American citizens be murdered and raped by muslims, was it?

Rubio took a drink of water. Youd think hed
Been Secretary of the Treasury nominee and cheated on his taxes
Been using a donors plane to take trips so he could fornicate with underage hookers
Ignored the pleas for help from the Benghazi consulate as Americans died
Lied about Obamacare not adding a single dime to the deficit and allowing *more* Americans to get healthcare
Been caught with his pants down as North Korea engaged in yet another nuclear test
Engaged in shady land deals that netted him millions while a top Democrat in the senate
Etc, etc

Okay, the MSM went overboard with Rubio Watergate, but you have to admit it was weird. It would have been strange if it happened just prior to his speech and was caught on camera before they went live, but to start his speech and then stop to get the water was just bizarre.
It was as if he thought that if he “sneaked” a drink of water no one could see him doing it. HELLO... you're on live TV.
Career ending? I doubt it. His rising star did lose some momentum. He still will become the new establishment's choice for stardom. He will be corrupted and assimilated by the “powers that be”. It has already started.
Rand Paul, on the other hand, gave a GREAT response. He didn't take an awkward water break ten seconds into his speech. He was natural, comfortable in his own skin. He didn't appear nervous at all. He was just having a conversation with the American people. He gave us IDEAS while pointing out the folly of the current direction of the country.
Presidential? Absolutely.
Oh, and by the way, Rand Paul is a “Natural Born Citizen”, Rubio is NOT.

a PROFESSIONAL LOOKING presentation does matter.
Who is doing the media work for them? After Jindals debacle? Who couldnt come up with a desk for Rubio to be behind and a glass of water for him to drink from??
ABSOLUTELY!!! Wasn't a BIG deal, but it definitely led to a non-polished perception. Perhaps there are dem insiders everywhere?
Maybe Rubio's PR department could have just went to the internet prior to the speech:
