The Daily Caller ^ | 2/16/2013 | Jeff Poor

Posted on 02/17/2013 8:37:50 AM PST by taildragger

On Friday’s night broadcast of his radio show, Mark Levin speculated that the federal government is stockpiling ammunition to ensure the rule of law in the event of a total societal and economic collapse.

This is BS....Freepers right here told everyone the government needed billions of rounds and it was simply for target practice. Each LEO needs at least 5,000 or 10,000 rounds of ammo for target practice every couple years..

This is all about nothing...Now get back to work and pay those taxes you stinking idiots.

We keep sending US jobs to China. That is the problem. We are exporting our own jobs. Stop it. Stop sending US jobs overseas.

Our government, and the numerous "save the ????? Group" are driving business overseas.

Likewise, the large number who live off the government teat want everything as cheap as possible. I'm wondering when the Balkanization of America is going to occur, and how bloody the conversion will be...

Yet right here on FR the majority of freepers think it's good that the police in California act as judge, jury and executioner and ignore our rule of law and rights our forefathers fought for

Bull shit...Big difference between government turning into a controlling dictatorship, buying billions of rounds to be used against the innocent law abiding, and some raving lunatic murderer who broadcasted he wanted to kill as many innocent people as possible and would not be taken alive. Based on his own statements, ya think this was going to end differently?

You're confused.

I saw this coming during the reign of Herr Clinton and began ammunition stockpiling years ago. Along with my savings monthly, I purchased and saved ammo. My ammo supplies will outlast me by far. Those that prepare are those that will survive.

We keep sending US jobs to China.

You are worrying about the symptom, and not the cause of the problem. What do you think causes/caused so many jobs to be lost to other countries?

I heard that segment, and a caller asked Levin if he thought it was possible that Obama was preparing to become dictator and would refuse to step down from power voluntarily.

Levin pretty much dismissed that idea, but frankly I’m not quite sure why.

I did not want to become an advocate for increased taxation or any other plan, but we are running out of time so I’ll go ahead and take that position.

Oh stop it Cringing. Anyone who's read your posts going far enough back knows you want like 100% tariffs on imports. You don't like or want competition. Period.

We need to enact taxation on imports. Or some other plan. To encourage American businesses to do things here. And we need to do this right now.

Why do more and more manufacturing job move into right-to-work states? Your dire scenario of a loss of nearly all manufacturing jobs in the US is not an accurate picture of what is going on. How about instead of more taxation, we lower the cost of doing business? We cut taxes and reduce regulation for starters? How about we work to roll back the power and influence of labor unions that, at this point, do nothing more than add a layer of bureaucracy and hand over money to leftist politicians?

Why do you hate competition so much? It almost seems like, in your heart, you don't believe America can compete. So instead of doing the things we can do as nation to become as business friendly as possible, you want to shut the doors and prevent consumers from making their own choices.

Cringing you post this same argument over and over and over, and it's like you're not reading any of the replies. Did you read Viennacon posted to you? Do you read all the other comments people make to your endlessly repeated posts to "bring back American jobs"? Do you not realize that your arguments are really no different than far leftists like Bernie Sanders and Ed Schultz? Maybe instead of posting the same thing over and over and over again like some kind of pro-union marketing outfit, stop and think about some of the responses you are getting? I know your heart is in the right place and that you really believe the things you say, but maybe stop and listen to what other folks are telling you.

The solution is to rein in the political class and fix our electoral system. It is arrogant to say but 536 people determine the destiny of the world. And to break it down further, the fate of the world is determined by 5 cities which total 132 electoral votes.

And those cites all vote Democrat. Want to know why the world is falling apart? Think of Cleveland, Chicago, NYC, LA and Philly. Fix voter fraud and you fix the world.

It is that simple.

“Bring US jobs back. Now.”

The first jobs to be returned should be those “tech support” jobs that force you to speak with “Bill” or “Sally” in India.

The argument made by very senior level VPs and presidents in Boeing is this: Boeing exports jobs because they cost less, but given time, those other countries will experience an increase in standard of living and costs of production/service will then force those jobs back to the US.

How they kept a straight face when they said that is remarkable.

From what I am hearing, manufacturing is starting to return to the US. But it’s due to robots, they won’t be bringing jobs back with them. But at least things will be made here and taxes paid.

Lack of jobs, especially good jobs is one of our biggest problems and no one seems to be stepping up to the plate.

We need tax changes.

Currently our taxes are based on freedom to import manufactured things, and freedom to export jobs.

We have now imported trillions of dollars of manufactured things, and exported millions and millions of American jobs.

I say enough of both. Tax imports, and tax exported goods. Now.

That is just me though. Don’t see much wider support for such movements - so China continues to get stronger and stronger.

We continue to get weaker, and weaker.

And nobody does a thing, about the growing problems.

I could fix the problems pushing us into oblivion... but that’s because I’m not a politician out to win a popularity contest

first, end all work visa programs. force American companies to use/educate the workforce we have

second, massive tariffs on imported goods, bringing manufacturing back to the country

third, get the EPA out of the way to allow manufacturing to get the job done

fourth, build walls north and south shoring up our borders

fifth, eject all non citizens here illegally while giving a choice to immigrate to those that are here doing jobs we have no Americans for

sixth, cut the federal budget to no more then 80% of federal revenues from the previous year, making that an amendment

seventh, gut all pension programs for non combat retirees under 55 years old.

eighth, gut the number of federal employees and staffers (which should happen with gutting the budget)

nineth, promote all export products bringing more revenue from other countries. I would do this by not taxing money made by exports

tenth, no company should have foreign banks... this will keep what is earned in the US

eleven, I would cut all welfare for able bodied people out of work more then 3 weeks and put them to work on the wall and other infrastructure projects.

twelve, ebt cards would be dissolved and food kitchens would be created. this would provide jobs and remove the possibility of using ebt cards for drugs

thirteen, I would end abortion except for rape and incest which would increase our birth rates and stop relying on immigrants to keep us sustainable

fourteen, start a program to reintroduce ridicule to our society via the media. ridicule has been lost allowing kids and adults to do whatever they like without any consequences

fifteen, I would introduce ideology quotas for national media companies. you must have an even representation for the major political ideologies in our society in all areas of your company if you are trying to effect the nation. (this would end the liberal dominated media)

sixteen, I would ‘right’ our military by putting DADT back in place, allowing Christians to be open with their faith, removing satanists and Wicca types, getting the VA to civilian standards, return to dominate the skies (5th gen fighters), and get our nuclear program back to pre-Clinton levels.

seventeen, I would demand all schools push to educate / graduate more math/science/engineer types.

eighteen, I would put NASA back on the map and working to farm asteroids while putting a base on the moon. this would help the private sector as contracts would pop for new tech

nineteen, of course drugs and the drug culture would be crushed. all drug dealers would be found and imprisoned or deported (I don’t care where to). druggies would be given 6 months to get off their habits... then hospitalized if they couldn’t do it themselves.

...

anyone that doesn’t want to live under those conditions would be free to leave. one way tickets, via boat, would be made available... citizenship evoked on the voyage. no returns.

yea... I’d get shot by the liberals within 5 minutes

Number two is this: If you really want to begin a civil war in this country, continue your efforts to take those guns and you will most certainly have one, and I do not think you have any idea, any inkling, of just how ferocious and brutal such a war can be.

I have been telling this to friends and aquaintences that the left doesn't have any inkling what would happen if they pushed this to the end.
