Cruz tells it like it is. Reminiscent of Jim DeMint but with extra spice. We need more Senators like Cruz!

The “job creators” own more of the national wealth than they have ever owned in almost a hundred years. Where’s the promised trickling down that is supposed to be happening?

Something is trickling down to everyone else but it sure isn’t jobs and prosperity.

Unfortunately DeMint left the Senate and the Tea Party and now is with The Heritage Foundation.

We needed him in the Senate.

Is there a betting pool on the day he will begin to go moderate?

Sen. Ted Cruz tells the Brody File that President Obama is, “the most radical president we’ve ever seen.”

Since virtually none of us were alive to see Woodrow Wilson, I'll give him that.

“There are a lot of people in Washington, I think, who desperately, desperately want to be in elected office.”

He’s got it figured out.

When I was a kid I thought that only our best and brightest could be a Senator. Now, I realize that all of them are hardly smarter than a 9th grader. Until we get a higher caliber of representatives then we will never have a higher caliber nation.

Mandatory drug tests would help. No s$%^.

I’m not sure what this Cruz character is talking about. Vice President Biden says that Americans are no longer worried about the economy. Yippeeeee!!!!

People want to look everywhere except at the reality that our problem is due to embracing mass murder.

Mass murder for the sake of irresponsible sex and increased consumption as a substitute for quality of life.

Funding infrastructure upkeep and everything else based on the birthrate of the thirties or forties doesn't work and requires require massive tax increases just to teeter on the brink of collapse with the current birthrate. The fifty-six million murdered by abortion and the twice that many, at a minimum, dead from abortaficiant contraceptives is the root cause of our economic problems.

We’ve got a job and right now I think the U.S. Senate is the battlefield. Unfortunately, Republicans are in the minority. This last election did not turn out as I had hoped, but I nonetheless think that if we had principled, effective conservatives who make the case that the most effective engine, for economic opportunity, the most effective engine for climbing the economic ladder, for helping those with nothing to achieve anything has been free markets, has been limited government has been the incredible, American system. If we make that case, we can preserve that system. And I think that’s what the stakes are.

Cruz is my senator and, at the moment, he is saying all the right things. But, the proof lies not in what he says, but what he does.

In 2010, we and the Tea Party sent a lot of conservatives to the House. But, the GOPe laid down the law to them and told them how things work. If the Tea Party conservatives want to get things done, they will only get them done with the approval and cooperation of the GOPe.

So, 2 years hence, I hope that Cruz is STILL leading the fight to cut spending and gain control over an out-of-control government. At the end of the day, ACTIONS always speak louder than WORDS. So far, Cruz's words support his actions. He talks the talk and walks the walk.

But, we have to understand that 535 people in the Congress created the problems we are seeing. 535 people agreed to "kick the can down the road" and 535 people come to us every 2 years and tell us that they have the solutions to fixing Washington. What that means is that if we re-elect them (hire them to represent us and our wishes to the government, something they have totally FAILED to do), they will have solved THEIR problem and will be back in Washington being overpaid to sell us out for at least another 2 years. Until we start completely sending the incumbents to the unemployment line, we are only extending the problem. 6 years from now, we'll see if Cruz has EARNED the right to serve another term in the Washington cesspool called Congress!

I believe Ted Cruz is the real thing and that a lot of the RINO’s are taking note, especially our other Texas senator, John Coryn,RINO, Texas...

we, the Tea Party, have search out for Ted’s brother or a doctor that can do a quick clone job...

I am proud to say I was an early supporter...
