"Soldier out of action, thanks to unlicensed, undocumented and uninsured immigrant"
Editors Note: WND has changed the names of the mother and son in this story at their request.
Amidst all the lobbying that will go on in Washington over the next few months over amnesty for illegal aliens, one issue probably wont get much attention.
But Sandra Kay knows all about it. Her son, a soldier who served overseas without getting injured, is paying the costs of it with a year of rehabilitation and probably a lifetime of pain and trouble because an illegal alien driver caused a crash that left him seriously hurt.
The driver had no license and was in a borrowed car with a lapsed insurance policy, Kay told WND. He made an illegal turn, sending Kays son tumbling from his motorcycle onto the highway.
Then the offender disappeared before his scheduled court appearance and the case later was resolved with a judges decision that probation was appropriate.
Kays son, Timothy, still is paying. He goes to therapy regularly for a leg pieced together with screws and plates and rods which still is missing a piece of bone one of the surgeons said could not be found.
His foot is slightly turned inward and the only remedy would be for the surgeons to wait until after the years healing process and then go back in, re-break the leg and reset it, Kay told WND.
Added Timothy, I am handling a life-changing attack by going through physical therapy as scheduled. Obviously, it will be awhile before I can get back to where I was physically..........

Disappeared because he was afraid of being deported, unlicensed because it’s not possible for him to get one, uninsured because you can’t be without a license. Looks like Amnesty would fix all those problems (except for the wreck itself), but even then he might have signed up for driving lessons had that been an option.
I wonder if ICE provided car insurance for those recently released criminal illegal aliens.
Being an illegal alien should an aggravating circumstance to any crime. Misdemeanors should become felonies; all felonies should be increased in degree, all murders should be punished by swift and certain death. They shouldn’t get appeals, either. If an illegal alien commits a(nother) crime he should feel like the hounds of Hell are savaging him.
Seems to be par for the course, but it's apparently now "racist" to point that out.
And still people will push Amnesty Liberals like Marco Rubio as “conservative saviors”....when we have all these problems with criminal illegal aliens.
When you support and vote for politicians who support Illegal Alien Amnesty...you support Illegal Alien Amnesty
You can spot the invaders at 300 yards when they are in a vehicle.
They either drive like they are on glass or like they are in their own POS country with no order at all and total disregard for any traffic laws. The other defining characteristic is that most of them look like children from the back and their head is about the height of the steering wheel.
No license, no insurance, no past, no future, no country, no cares. They know more than you do about milking the system and bilking anyone they can.
Just great. Yeah, sure, they should be rewarded for all their fine efforts with a general amnesty. In a pigs eye.
The local authorities in South Florida, which is a nest of illegal aliens, are saying the number of leaving the scene accidents - even with fatalities is growing by the month.
Timothy is one of the lucky ones. A young man in my town was run over on his motorcycle by a drunk illegal crimalien and killed when the bastard stopped, backed up and ran over him again then sped off....dragging the kid with him under his pickup. The whole town was enraged. The police chief wanted action from ICE. But MA Governor Deval Patrick went to bat for one of his most valued constituents and threw up road blocks as best he could.
I saw the same Fast N Loud episode and could relate. Back in the mid ‘90s I was t-boned by a red light-running illegal in Ontario, CA. Same M.O.: no license, no insurance ... and an unsecured infant among his many passengers. The poor little girl was cut badly, but that didn’t prevent the cop from releasing the driver, or from throwing his hands up and telling me that I was S.O.L.
Almost all Californians either have been the victim of a hit-and-run or know somebody in their circle who has. This has become the rule not the exception in the past ten years or so.
BTW, another thing that’s changed is that the “run” in hit-and-run has become literal. If his car won’t drive after he plows into you, he just gets out and runs away.
Well they will all be legal soon.

Looks like Amnesty would fix all those problems (except for the wreck itself), but even then he might have signed up for driving lessons had that been an option.”
By all means. Let’s give him driving lessons, a license and, his because, let’s also pay for his insurance. All at taxpayer expense. Then, to top it off, let’s reward his years of lawbreaking and the fact that he invaded our country with citizenship.
“..license and, his because, lets also...”
Should be: “...license and, just because, let’s also...”
The problem with the “right” in politics is that stories about the crime by illegals will never ever be reported as mush as sad stories of KIDS who can’t go to college, or women that suddenly NEED a hospital to deliver a baby - like the 12,000 desperate women at Parkland in Dallas each year. The sob stories always get the MSM press. The only way to fix that is with advertising that blankets via small doses in hundreds of markets.
but wouldn’t the crime also be a lot easier to control if we knew who the people are who are here? ID’s, fingerprints, photos, eye-scans, these could be part of the residence application process. As it stands now, it’s impossible to tell a dangerous criminal from a roofer.
OMG, once the right thought a national ID card was a product of the DEVIL or 1984, now we can’t wait for everyone to have one. Look how much we have changed and don’t even notice. Do I think some ID is needed for work - “you betcha” said a great voice of conservatives, but does anyone care about ID of workers? Not if you look at the proposals put forward by the congress we elect.
national ID is a stupid idea.
The people proposing it are the same ones who will issue them to illegals in a heartbeat

Whenever an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or something similar, here’s what I recommend:
What can we do about it? Heres my standard post.
RICO Citizen Recourse
Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.
Heres what Ive been pushing: its time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.
RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. Im surprised they havent done it already.
In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.
Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, Im going to point out that the victims family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and theyll all simply want to go back home.
