Why doesn't the GOP-e just join the Democratic Party? Because where they are now, they serve the Democrat Party's purpose perfectly in the destruction of the GOP.

I have yet to see a conservative, at least what I consider a conservative not what the dems consider a conservative say that Chris Christie should be at CPAC. Or GOP proud for that matter. Most conservative I know find it distressing that a group like GOP Proud should have a special place in the party. Last I knew conservatives see all people equally and not by sexual preference.

I’m for shrinking the tent.
Problem is, I’m for shrinking it in the opposite direction.
Wake up people. We have just lost two elections running in the middle. People do not vote for a candidate in the middle.
For crying out loud.

Nixon, Ford, Bush41, Dole, Bush43, McCain, Romney, Jeb Bush, Christie — Enough is enough!!!
The GOP loses b/c it puts up lilly-livered RINOs, and the voting public can't see a difference with the Marxists promoted by the ‘RATS. Millions of conservatives sat on their hands in the 2012 election cycle; no way were they going to vote for a Massachusetts liberal masquerading as a conservative.
Bold colors, not pastels. Win the argument, then the vote.

Last I knew conservatives see all people equally and not by sexual preference.NAILED IT!
If the Gays want to come and support CPAC, fine.
Just don't bring your obnoxious Balkanizing Political Group with you!
It's the democrats who divide people up into groups and pander, we are suppose to about principles, if the Gays have our principles than they should want to part of us, and NOT let their preferences get in the way.
If they want to moderate us that bad, go moderate the party that actually needs it.

Either the R’s win the house or the country is GONE. Simple as that.

Fun Fact:Since 1928 the GOP hasn't won a Presidential Election unless Richard Nixon or George Bush has been on the ticket.
Think about that for a second.

What is the difference between Republican Headquarters and Democrat Headquarters?
Post office box
Other than that it is the same bunch of frat-boys and sorority-sisters playing out their consulting dreams. Uck!

Thanks KC_Lion. Know your enemy.
- ...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said. [Rand Paul: Time for GOP to soften [immigration, gay marriage] stance]
- One day after announcing on his radio show that he is "truly considering" running in 2014 for the U.S. Senate seat now held by New Jersey's Frank Lautenberg, Rivera amped up his message today in a television interview and a column on the Fox News Latino website... a moderate Republican who is fiscally conservative but also supports gay marriage and Roe v. Wade... [Geraldo Rivera declares himself a 'moderate Republican' as he eyes U.S. Senate run]

Since 1928 the GOP hasn't won a Presidential Election unless Richard Nixon or George Bush has been on the ticket. And I'll add that in the course of the 20th and 21st centuries, there have been exactly TWO authentic Conservatives ascending to the presidency from the GOP:
Calvin Coolidge
Ronald Reagan
All the others (and yes, that includes Teddy Roosevelt and Herbert Hoover along with the rest) have had strains of liberalism marring their administrations. Now, more than ever, it's time for Sarah Palin to help take America back!

You should probably spend a little more time on research.
