The original purpose of the prosecution was to gin up more White Guilt so as to get the One reelected. It did. They should drop the case.

It has to go to trial. They’ve already found him guilty. They need to make it official.

That's been my guess all along. The state is in the position of a fool who's talked himself into a corner, and now chooses to make wilder and wilder assertions rather than back up, admit the facts, and apologize for having been mistaken.

Playing the race card is every bit as stupid today as when George Wallace stood in the school house door and proclaimed, "Segregation today! Segregation tomorrow! Segregation forever!"

I think we can hear the train coming for this railroad job. I expect sort of a reverse OJ verdict with the prosecutor saying, “Once the dog’s been sicced, you must convict!”

We can only hope Zimmerman seeks and wins an appeal.

This guy isn't quite up to speed yet. The age discrepancy is a fiction by lawyer Crump so she could be shielded from the public while he used the so-called testimony to have Zimmerman arrested.

Eventually, this "DeeDee" will be proven in court to never have existed in the first place, and Crump himself will be up on many charges, including perjury and obstruction of justice.

Trayvon Martin's death was the horrible outcome of a bad situation. I don't call it a “good shoot”, yet.

Nobody who cares, believes justice will ultimately prevail.

Given the actions of the media, police, political activists, witnesses, lawyers and our government, none of whom appear to be all that focused on truth and justice.

If Zimmerman is judged not guilty, many others should immediately be charged with crimes.

Witness 8′s alleged perjury puts the state in the odd position of having to possibly charge their best witness in the case with the crime of lying under oath, significantly damaging her credibility.

Credibility will not a problem with low-information jurors.

It regards a comparison of two different ABC recordings of DeeDee, the first is a portion of the ABC recording of the Crump interview, and the second is a Matt Gutman report from Mar 29. recoverydotgod asks us to determine whether or not it’s the same DeeDee.

Also notice in Matt’s Mar 29 report that he explicitly states that Trademark’s “girlfriend” is 16 years old. He attributes much other info to Crump, but when it comes to her age he reports it as fact. So how did he know that she was 16?.

We know Matt talked to DeeDee several times, presumably after the Crump interview. Where are those recordings? What did Matt ask DeeDee before the brief clip at the second link? The clip starts out with DeeDee emphatically stating “Trayvon did not say that at all”. What didn’t Trayvon say? This is infuriating and intriguing at the same time.

That is the job of Zimmerman’s attorney to block enough black jurors that Zimmerman can at least get a mistrial. It is why he earns the big bucks.

Obama weighed in on this case early on, and doesn't have the balls to admit that he spoke before he had the facts. There's a lot riding on this... a lot of very powerful people want to make sure Obama doesn't get embarrassed by this thing going the "wrong way".
