Lanza, whose mother used to take him to shooting ranges, killed all of his victims at the schoolhouse with a Bushmaster semi-automatic rifle that he took from the house where he lived with Nancy Lanza. He used a handgun to kill himself...

It also prompted reviews of school security and mental health care and led to proposed legislation in Connecticut that would forbid arcades and other establishments from allowing children under 18 to play point-and-shoot video games.

You can join the Army at 17 but you'll be banned from playing a video game. Who's got the corner on fake IDs?

I missed the report he used a rifle. Last I had seen he had done all the killing with a handgun.

Just as I said. The media glorify the murderers. The media splash their pictures on the front page of papers, and on TV 24/7. Their name becomes a household name. Their life and manifesto are printed in great detail.

Instead, the media should not mention the name, but just call him “A random a$$hole”. No pictures of the bastard. No manifesto.

I’m right.

>>>I missed the report he used a rifle. Last I had seen he had done all the killing with a handgun.<<<

From the begining essentially all the reports have been that he used the rifle.

The confusion started when one MSM idiot reported, on the day of the killings, that the “rifle” was left in Lanza’s car. This led some to assume that the handguns must have been used. It was actually a shotgun that Lanza had left behind in the car.

Of course, to 98% of lefty MSM clowns any gun that is too big to fit in your glove box is a “rifle”, so the mistake was understandable.

Colion Noir made a great video commentary making that same point.

We really need to stop giving these evil losers all the attention they crave.

For as long as I can remember, television sports broadcasts have always refused to let the morons who occasionally run onto the field get any airtime, because they don’t want to encourage any other idiots.

Why do we do the exact opposite when it comes to encouraging mass killers?

The fact that this nut was fascinated with mass murderers may have been his motive. No other motive has turned up. My guess is that at the end of the day there will be no connection found between this perp and the school. He just chose the school because he knew his victims would be unarmed and defenseless.
