They called it “global warming” then “climate change” but I tend to like “economic terrorism”. That is the best description yet and it works wonders in a sentence.

This made me think of the story about King Canute ordering back the sea. Except The Won is actually arrogant enough to believe he can stop global warming with one of his asinine pronouncements.

Analysis of all the data from the 20th century proxy data shows there is NO WAY that Marcott could come up with a "hockey stick." http://suyts.wordpress.com/2013/03/10/the-hockey-stick-resurrected-by-marcott-et-al-2012/ and http://suyts.wordpress.com/2013/03/10/the-hockey-stick-resurrected-by-marcott-et-al-2012/ stood out for me, but there are others, also.

It is apparent to me that the "peer reviewers" FORCED Marcott to paste on Mann's infamous "hockey stick" on top of his research, to make it appear that the Earth is now in unprecedented warming. Marcott's data does NOT show that.
Interestingly, to me, re-graphing of his data shows one thing VERY clearly that the alarmists are not happy about, as shown clearly in one of the articles I referenced above: A definite reiteration of two periods that the alarmists have been trying to disappear:
