Here’s the thing about Abbas. He was elected for a term of office that has expired. The idea that he is part of the “peace process” is a fiction. Everything about the “peace process” is fiction. The idea that Yasser Arafat was other than a murdering savage is a fiction. The idea that there can be peace with Arabs while one Jew lives is fiction.
