Read the comments, with the obligatory liberal bashing of Texas.
So then, leftard, stay the blip out of Texas. You say there is nothing here, OK, there is nothing here in your puny mind. Go to another leftist cesspool. Go to New York. Taxachussetts. Maryland. Illinois. Even Minnesota, where you will get the head trip for daring to do better than average, besides you probably did not even go to junior high in Minnesota (a minimum to be socially acceptable up there).

“I have run into some stunned Obama voters recently.”
Only stunned? It’s too bad they are not all falling over dead. At least they couldn’t “vote” for him again. And I do believe that’s coming.

The comments at pando are treasures, and all are congratulating this nitwit that he’s moving to New York and not a conservative state.

What an odd little comment, I’d like to hear a bit more your wisdom.

The Clinton administration won that lawsuit. Retroactive taxes are now allowed.

he doesn't mention whether he voted for Governor Moonbeam and in favor of the Demagogic Party lock on the state legislature, but it's safe to assume that he did.Seems very likely to me too. He probably even voted yes on prop 30, heheh.

Can’t figure out why this guy doesn’t want to share the wealth; maybe he should have read Das Kapital before he voted.
Hey, moron, “your” money belongs to The State.

I was wondering what happened there. I remember the retroactive tax increase, but never heard of a lawsuit. Did it make it to The Supremes?

I’d like to help you but I don’t HAVE any liberal friends! But I have already started that by seeding my conservative friends with that general idea...

It is like converting someone to a religion.
Yes, it is possible, but for a true follower like this guy (voted for Obama twice) he has invested a lot into that ideology. You can change him, but be aware that people like this will defend the ideology while being killed by it.
