North Korea puts rocket units on alert to 'attack US'

North Korea has put its artillery and "strategic" rocket units on combat ready, with orders to prepare for strikes against the US mainland, Hawaii and Guam.

The Korean People's Army supreme command reportedly ordered "all artillery troops including strategic rocket units and long-range artillery units to be placed under class-A combat readiness".

The units should be prepared to attack "all US military bases in the Asia-Pacific region, including the US mainland, Hawaii and Guam", as well as South Korea, said the statement carried by the Korean Central News Agency, the country's state media...

An old cliche applies, “Truer words were never spoken.” I decided shortly after learning of his existence that it was astounding how so many could attribute benign intentions to him, years later I find it totally mind boggling that there are some who still attribute benign motives to this obvious enemy of all things American. I worry more about Hussein’s intentions and capabilities (or lack thereof) than what the NOKO Boy Dictator might do. The Boy Dictator has to worry about what his ChiCom backers think. It’s not so much DoD that worries me, it’s the rest of the “Uniformed Services”, of which there are officially seven:

- Army
- Navy
- Air Force
- Marines
- Coast Guard (under DHS)
- Public Health Services Commissioned Corps (under HHS), over 6500 officers
- NOAA Commissioned Corps (under Commerce Dept), 380 officers
