No he hasn't, he has lost all of his friends and family. Anything he does from now out will just piss off everybody in his life. Lottery winnings are are sad for the people that win them, in most cases.
Well, he has to give up taxes first. So, he will stay here.

I heard on the radio it will be around 183 million dollars.
By taking the lump sum payment, and after federal and state income taxes, he’ll probably have about $120 million. Not to shabby.

If I were him I would put that money in an offshore account that the Feds or the Europeons can’t “tax.” Otherwise he won’t have much afterward.

If I ever won that much money, my first order of business would be to make myself as anynomous and inaccessable to the general public as possible. I would avoid the media to the extent that I could.

I never won any money. And I have the same first order of business. Got to go to work, and run errands. Sometimes visit friends and family.
