No he hasn't, he has lost all of his friends and family. Anything he does from now out will just piss off everybody in his life. Lottery winnings are are sad for the people that win them, in most cases.
Well, he has to give up taxes first. So, he will stay here.
Hey Pedro - You didn’t build that!
I heard on the radio it will be around 183 million dollars.
By taking the lump sum payment, and after federal and state income taxes, he’ll probably have about $120 million. Not to shabby.
“I heard on the radio it will be around 183 million dollars.”
That’s more than I thought. Whew!
If I were him I would put that money in an offshore account that the Feds or the Europeons can’t “tax.” Otherwise he won’t have much afterward.
Well, that is a good win after taxes. Wish I had that after the tax man calls.
Winning jackpots Americans won’t win.
Llevo aquí 26 años. No pagar impuestos! ¿Dónde está el baño?
If I only had his problems. LOL
While money does not buy happiness, it does buy freedom. Like all things, it’s up to the individual in what he/she makes of life’s blessings.
Nice choppers! (better than mine & I’m only five years older).
With a one-time buy out, after taxes he ends up with $120M. I’d take it with nary a complaint.
If he goes back to the DR, imagine how he and his family could life!
Lottery Winners' Rule #1:
Call all friends and relatives and tell them you are in a bind and need to borrow $10,000 for just a few weeks. - Do this BEFORE announcing what you have won. It's a good way to determine who to keep on your gift list afterward.
LOL! no kidding,he’ll have a couple of gold ones in there
soon.
i don’t know how the walking dead will end but i bet after
a lot of fun, this wont end all that well.
If I ever won that much money, my first order of business would be to make myself as anynomous and inaccessable to the general public as possible. I would avoid the media to the extent that I could.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I never won any money. And I have the same first order of business. Got to go to work, and run errands. Sometimes visit friends and family.
no you keep working and deny deny deny.
My thoughts exactly.
Will he deposit the winnings in the BoC (Bank of Cyprus)?
You may call it "the American dream" but I call it my retirement plan!
