Would that include smoking marijuana?

Of course, In fact they should have smoke detectors in all those places that sense smoking and report it electronically back to the authorities.

If you live in CA you are either with the program or against it.

Smoking out.
Same sex sodomy is in.
Dope smoking is in, but do it 100 feet from any building entrance.

Also I’m so tired of other people telling me what I can and can’t do. Idiots, what can change this tsunami of communism that America has been facing for the past 30 years? There’s no where else in the world to go after America.

No it wouldn’t because remember, “marijuana isn’t harmful at all”.

The same people complaining about banning smoking (in the Comments), think nothing of other gov. intrusions and enslavement.

Just got in from outside, and the neighbor is stinking up the old neighborhood with his cheap cigar. But - that goes along with the territory if I want to be free as well.

HOWEVER. I’m getting real close to going over and ask him to do something about his two little yappy dogs that he keeps out all day while he and the wife are at work. (Two fences, trees and a different street makes it tough though - even though he is only 50 feet from my lot we aren’t ‘neighbors’).

Oh JEEZZZ - there go the dogs again!!!!

It is interesting to see the efforts of 40 years of the libertarians in regards to the, at the time totally legal tobacco smoking, versus the, at the time totally illegal marijuana smoking.

After 40 years of watching them rabidly pursue their interests, we can see something at play.

Good grief! I don't smoke in my house anymore since I got married and had a baby.

But outside? Give me a break!

I can only conceivably smoke outside during the summer months. Which amounts to about a 10 week window where I live.

And anyone who deprives me of my rare cigar in my own backyard better call the cops. Cause I ain't giving it up!

Take me to jail.

There aren’t even smoking sections in public places anymore.

The cool thing about that is they don't know what to do if you walk in smoking a cigarette. It's unpossible.....!!!! So you just go do your bidness with your cigarette where you like and watch the kids have spasms.

It's the way of the world. Their brave new world.

Wanna cigar and a whiskey?

It is sorta fun to watch 'em twitch.

I quit smoking years ago, but might light up a stogie just to give a middle finger to Commiefornia.

Once they realize that smoking include pot, they will back way off of this positron.

Do they have a noise ordinances?

If I live in an apartment, can I play punk rock at full blast 18 hours a day?

I’ve been hassled on the sidewalk smoking before by people, don’t smoke near my yard, etc. I always pick my butts up or carry them on me if there is no trash can available.

The smoke can not physically be harmful to anyone but the person smoking it outside. It’s a joke.
