Lawmakers are considering extending Minnesota's resident tuition rates for public colleges to illegal immigrants.
Sen. Sandy Pappas, a St. Paul Democrat, is leading the push to make college cheaper for illegal immigrants on the condition that they graduate from high school and apply to legalize their immigration status as soon as possible.

This is my birthplace, my home, and now we’re on a solid path to Michigan-dom. He talks a good game, especially in 10th amendment matters. His track record is full of hispandering, nanny statism, land grabbing and corporate welfare cronyism. Perry supported his sock puppet Dewhurst over Cruz, which says it all. Other than that he draws a mean pistol in a crowd and on the jogging trail- and he does have good hair.
