A Belle Chasse dad is behind bars for coercing his 16-year-old daughter to have sexual intercourse with him for the past year, according to the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff's Office.
Police say last Friday, officers responded to an incest complaint at the home of the victim. Investigators learned that the 37 year-old father had been having sex with his 16-year-old daughter for the past year.

If gay “marriage” becomes a constitutional right will the legalization of incest be next? A few years ago I served on a grand jury and was surprised to learn that in my state incest was not at the time illegal if both parties were over age 18. Not sure if our legislature got around to correcting this glitch in the law.
What state is that?
When did they stop calling this rape? They are already trying to mainstream these actions.

Belle Chasse isn’t part of New Orleans. Its part of the metro area but the demographics and politics are very different. Typically working class whites.
Sadly, today’s media would probably declare him a “hero” for something like that.
