???????????????? This really smacks of his nutball father’s concept of American Isolationism.....

War? Who the hell are we gonna go to war with under this Oresident? Exactly Nobody. This includes North Korea.

If anything, the only war being seriously planned here is the Oresident’s war on traditonal America.

Give me a break.

Preciselt. What are you eager for, Senator?

This president sent troops to Libya without congressional approval to change the regime.

Then they rioted and killed the US Ambassador and 4 others.

Paul’s statements (as reported) seem a little oily.

Why doesn’t he just say out loud WHY he thinks Republicans and evangelicals are “too eager” for war?

Bad week for a speech Paul.

You could have said this on any other week, and it would make sense.

Right now you’re just being melodramatic.

‘Blessed are the peacemakers’. He seems eager for peace.

Please don’t confuse gun-sales machinations in Libya and the rest of the middle east with ‘war’....this is just Oresident’s Muslim Outreach...it isn’t war... the Ambassdor stuff is just collateral Democrat damage.

You read FR don’t you? Bomb this, bomb that. Always threaten, never negotiate, diplomacy only shows we’re weak.

Rand Paul is right. The GOP did tremendous damage to itself over the last decade by adopting the foreign/military policy of a bunch of big-government neo-conservative @ssholes who would blow their collective brains out before they would ever out on a military uniform themselves.

Unfortunate but true although I don’t get why he points to evangelicals.

I wish we would stop all of these foreign wars and bring the troops back home and line them up on our borders.

We can't and should not be the world's police.

War does one thing and that’s line the politicians’ wallets.

The only good thing about the “Republican” party was once it had ideals, traditions and morals coupled with a sense of patriotism to traditional America. They abandoned that in favor of “moderation”, “diversity” and “compassionate conservatism.”

It does not and never did have anything to do with this Ron Paul influence on Rand re: America doing nothing abroad. It smacks of Libertarianism with a big big L and I’ll have no part of it. He won’t ever get a vote from me if it comes to it.

The prerequisite of political legitimacy today is to attack Christians— whether you are Republican or Democrat.

Code Pink strongly supported Rand Paul in his filibuster.

His dad said Chris Kyle got what’s going around by fighting in a war.

The libertarians are not our friend.

They coyly allow the government intrude in marriage and the life of the unborn to curry favor with the radical left.

I am not fooled.

The failure to defend the good work of our soldiers in places like Iraq speaks volume about character.
