Backtracking on reports of bomb at JFK Library

Posted on 04/15/2013 3:13:38 PM PDT by Maceman

Two Boston news stations, NECN (New England Cable News) and WBZ are now saying that there may not have been a bomb at the JFK Library.

They are reporting that there has been a fire, but that it may have something to do with an electrical problem in the building that caused some kind of meeting there to be cancelled earlier today.

Plus, nobody there has reported hearing any explosions.

Both stations are suggesting that the JFK Library fire at this point seems unlikely to be related to the Marathon attacks on Boylston St.

Well, if you can’t blame a radical right wing conservative, it must not have been a bomb...(s)

People on FR never learn. We know the media doesn’t know what the hell happened yet we pass on these unsubstantiated reports. Let’s be smarter than they are and just sit back and wait until the facts are known.

Isn't it against the law to shout “FIRE” in a crowded theater?

Some news station just had a former FBI agent on who was bound and determined to tell people that he thinks this is a DOMESTIC terrorist event. How he feels, from his limited information on this event, that it feels to him as a domestic type event. And that domestic terrorists have been vocal against this government, blah blah blah.

Seems to me, they are doing whatever they can to put the blame on people here, right out of the box. Instead of keeping ideas open.

Also makes me wonder if this might be a false flag event. Something for Zero to ratchet up his crap.

And of course with Napolitano's views on the religious right and returning vets as be possible terrorists.

“...How he feels, from his limited information on this event...”

Nothing like conjecture on his part...

We here on FR probably know more of the truth than he does...

Just saw the news conference, the JFK library fire is still not known to be related or now. They don’t know yet.

First thing for the bomb squad forensics: look for any type of accelerants such as high flammable fluids or explosive materials. Remember, when a conventional bomb explodes, it leaves behind chemical residue that can be identified in any good quality chemistry lab.

Yes but not in a crowded library!
