After his prominent interview on the Michael Savage show when the Boston Bombing happened, I ordered Walid Shoebat's book. It arrived a few minutes ago, and I read the intro and the first few chapters.
Initially, it seems very pertinent and very insightful, but with a writing style that is unnecessarily dense and disjointed. My first impression is that the info/insights will far outweigh the problems of style though, such that in retrospect it will seem akin to a worthwhile slog through some rather thick mud.
Everything I needed to know about islam I learned in 9/11 and 4/15...
It’s catchy, but it’s only part of the picture, and I think this book may complete the picture.
Shoebat breaks “Jihad” down into two parts: Jihad of the Sword, and Jihad of the Word. 9/11 and 4/15 are the Sword, but the dangerous clout of CAIR and the MB in our halls of power is Jihad of the Word.
That’s what the book seems to promise, and even early on, wading through the muck, it seems like it will deliver. We’ll see.
