Don’t anyone get too smug. This is likely the first salvo in.......CO2 causes Global Cooling,......again. The media will switch on a dime, and we soon will be hearing CAGC - Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Cooling.

Not sure what he's trying to say. CO2 only makes up 0.03% of the atmosphere. How does this reflect 95% of infrared wavelengths? Are they confusing CO2 & NO with water vapor?

Given the way The Economist and many scientists in Europe are starting to realize there is major problem with the CAGW theme, this will get much more press than it would have even two years ago.
